Hi, I'm Shemariah but most people call me Shem. I'm a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. My journey in real estate has been a fascinating one, filled with diverse experiences on all sides of the transaction. In addition to my career, I'm a proud US Army spouse with 15 years supporting our military community and cherishing the bonds formed along the way. I have two wonderful sons, who keep me young and on my toes. Beyond my professional and family life, I have a deep passion for learning and creativity that never changes whereas my hobbies never stay the same. You can currently find me exploring local breweries, tending to my ever-growing collection of indoor greenery and hammering away at my home remodeling projects. Life's journey has taught me the value of hard work and adaptability, as I continue to embrace new experiences and challenges, both in my career and personal life.
