Rhonda is the heart of our Berlin/Gorham office, serving as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager. From keeping the office running smoothly to managing all the paperwork from property listings to closings, Rhonda does it all—even down to watering the grass! Whether it's assisting agents, helping clients, or maintaining a welcoming environment, her dedication ensures everything flows seamlessly.

Having lived in the Berlin-Gorham area her entire life, Rhonda appreciates the natural beauty of the North Country. When she's not at work, you’ll find her enjoying quality time with her family and two dogs.
