About Me

Judith, known fondly as Jude, joined New Hampshire Colonials—now Badger Peabody & Smith Realty—in May 2011 as an Administrative Assistant after returning to Holderness from several exciting years abroad. Her extensive experience in the consulting field took her to remarkable places like Switzerland, the UAE, Spain, and England, giving her a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and enhancing her adaptability and problem-solving skills.

With a strong foundation in client relationship management, team training, and technology, Jude quickly became an invaluable asset to the team. Her dedication and passion for real estate led her to earn her New Hampshire Real Estate License in the fall of 2012, advancing her role to Licensed Executive Assistant. In this position, Jude provides high-level support to ensure smooth office operations and seamless client experiences. She expertly manages contracts, documentation, and compliance while assisting agents with training and technology to optimize performance. Her meticulous attention to detail and ability to foster strong client relationships ensure that every transaction is handled professionally and carefully.

Jude also plays a key role in supporting the company’s luxury offerings along with Marketing Director Debbie Anderson. Her expertise in managing high-end properties, an exceptional eye for detail, and understanding of market trends ensure that these properties receive specialized attention. She works closely with agents and clients to showcase luxury homes in their best light, delivering a seamless and elevated experience from listing to closing.

Beyond her work in real estate, Jude and her fiancé share a passion for building and designing homes. Together, they create high-quality spec homes in the local area, blending creativity and functionality to enhance the local housing market. Their projects reflect a deep understanding of craftsmanship and a commitment to providing beautiful, thoughtfully designed homes.

Jude is also deeply involved in her community. She serves on the Holderness Zoning Board of Adjustment, contributing her expertise to support responsible growth and development in the area.

When she’s not immersed in real estate, designing homes, or contributing to her community, Jude enjoys traveling the world, exploring new cultures, and experiencing different ways of life. Closer to home, she loves spending time outdoors—whether hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, or tending to her beloved “One Acre Farm,” where she raises chickens and enjoys the serenity of nature.
