This is a quarter share ownership, where you can use your time firsthand, rent your weeks, or trade them. 3-level townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and an additional den/media room, plenty of room to spread out! All expenses are included in the quarterly condo fee. The units are cleaned on Fridays between 10 and 2, which is the best time window for showings.
